Added US Fallback option for Unsupported Countries in Storefront

Some countries may not be supported for checkout due to Merchant of Record (MoR) requirements. As the legal seller, Neon must comply with global regulations, payment partner limitations, and risk policies. Common reasons include sanctions, regulatory restrictions, or limited payment infrastructure.

By default, users from unsupported countries cannot complete checkout.

Neon can optionally enable a US fallback, allowing users in unsupported countries to attempt a purchase using US-based checkout settings. In this case, the user must use a US-issued payment method, otherwise the payment will fail.

For existing storefronts, this fallback is disabled by default. For all newly created storefronts, it is enabled by default. If you would like to enable it for an existing storefront, please contact Neon.

Additional restrictions can be applied, and specific countries may still be blocked even with fallback enabled.
