Custom Checkout Domains

This feature is currently in beta, and requires reaching out to your Neon representative to enable.

By default, Neon Checkout is hosted at checkout.neonpay.com. Custom Checkout Domains enables your Neon Checkout to be hosted at your domain (e.g. checkout.example.com).

Requirements

You must be able to configure a CNAME DNS record for the entire subdomain. You can not use a path like example.com/checkout.

Setup

1. Let your Neon representative know that you would like to enable this feature. We will require that you verify ownership of the domain.
2. Configure the DNS record with your DNS provider.
   • Record type: CNAME
   • Host/Name: your desired subdomain (e.g. enter checkout if you want checkout.example.com as your checkout domain)
   • Value: hosted-checkout.neonpay.com
   • TTL: 300 (if this field is missing or not editable, it's safe to leave the default)
3. Once your domain has been configured and verified, your users will automatically be redirected to your Custom Checkout Domain.
