Enabling Neon Shop
The Commerce section in the Neon Console is used to configure everything related to Neon Shop and Checkout.
Once you receive access to the Neon Console, you can immediately enable Checkout via the API. Neon Shop, however, must be enabled by the Neon team.
To activate Neon Shop, youāll need to contact your Neon customer success manager, who will enable it for your account.
If you do not yet have access to the Console: please reach out to your Neon customer success manager.

Once access to the Neon Console is granted, the setup process typically follows these steps:
- You confirm your intent to enable Neon Shop by reaching out to your customer success manager
- The Neon team deploys Neon Shop and assigns it to your Sandbox environment, connected to your property (title)
- You configure items and offers to your store
- You configure additional features such as Daily Streaks, Promo Codes, Offer Segmentation, User Authentication, and Purchase limits (see more in Neon Shop)
- After configuration and testing are complete in Sandbox, a Production environment is created based on your setup, allowing you to go live
Depending on the complexity of your store, setup typically takes around 1-4 weeks from initial setup to go-live.
