Supported Payment Methods

Overview

Neon supports cards, digital wallets, bank transfers, and local payment methods across 70+ markets. As your Merchant of Record, Neon manages all underlying provider relationships — you integrate once and get access to the full payment method catalog across every supported market.

Payment methods below are organized by region. Global methods appear first and are available across all or most supported markets. Regional and country-specific methods follow.

To request a payment method not listed here, or to activate a method that requires setup, contact your Neon representative.

Payment Method Types

Cards — Credit, debit, and prepaid cards across major networks (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, UnionPay, and local networks where applicable).

Digital Wallets — Consumer wallet products including device-native wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), app-based wallets (PayPal, Alipay, WeChat Pay), and local super-app wallets (GrabPay, Kakao Pay, and others).

Bank Transfers — Direct bank-to-bank payment methods including real-time systems (PIX, UPI, BLIK) and regional schemes (SEPA, iDEAL, Przelewy24).

Prepaid — Prepaid voucher products such as Paysafecard, redeemable at checkout without a bank account or card.
